UOL and SingLand each sell 31 Watten House units more at public launches; the project is now 74% sold

UOL Group’s joint venture partner Singapore Land Group has sold 73 per cent of the Watten House 180 units as of Mar 16 after selling 31 units on the project’s launch day, Mar 2. In the first week of March, UOL and Singapore Land sold 31 units. This followed a sale of 102 during a private preview that was held in November. 95 percent of buyers are Singaporeans. UOL shares closed Friday down 0.9 % or S$0.05 (S$1.60) while SingLand stocks closed flat.

The average unit sold was S$3,250. The property’s exclusive eight penthouses sold at prices ranging between S$11.7m to S$14.5m or S$3,440psf – S$3,550psf.

Anson Lim said that the majority of UOL’s four- and five bedroom units (without private elevators) were sold.
